Appreciate !

Any relationship is based on four principles, respect, understanding, acceptance, and appreciation. Well said by Mahatma Gandhi.

A very pleasant morning to all the readers.

I read this saying in the Autobiography of Mahatma Gandhi I am reading these days which led me to post a new blog. Out of the four principles he mentioned, I am here to talk about the fourth principle which is Appreciation. The rule is applicable not only in terms of relationships but also our surroundings.  You need to appreciate the little things happening in your life in order to truly "Live" a life. The frame of an image with which you look at the various happenings of your life matters a  lot. No matter how busy you are, take out a few minutes to thank the people who have truly made a difference in your life, who were always there to cheer you up, thank the situations which made you so bold today that you can swiftly move through all the hardships, and obviously thank God who has always been there to put you on the right path. And trust me, these little appreciations will bring a new side of the coin in front of you.

Here is something I wrote -

Appreciate the people who have always met with failures and disappointments yet are working very hard each day to celebrate a triumph.

Appreciate the people who have lost their sleep yet are in search of a peaceful nap.

Appreciate the people who have left their loved ones with eyes full of tears yet wish to see happiness on their faces.

Appreciate the people who are always there for you yet they themselves need a shoulder to lean on.

Appreciate every person and every little thing!

What do you say?
